If you have lots of time to shop around, and enjoy the process of negotiating with car dealerships, then of course it's possible to find discounted deals yourself.  However, by using UKL4x4, you benefit from our close relationships with franchised dealerships and specialist sales outlets, as well as our understanding of what levels of discount can realistically be achieved.  For a fixed price, we take away the hassle of a car purchase, and find you vehicles to match your requirements and complete price negotiation on your behalf, getting you the best possible deal.

We don't hold stock, and are not a car dealership.  Timescales for sourcing your chosen vehicle will depend upon the specification you're looking for, and whether any of our partner dealerships have this available from stock, or in the case of some new vehicles whether it has to be built to order from the factory.

No!  We only source new vehicles from franchised UK dealerships.  As such, your purchase contract will be direct with a UK supplying dealer, and you will receive the usual full warranty.

No.  You pay us the fixed fee for our vehicle sourcing service, but you pay the supplying dealer or private seller direct the agreed price for the vehicle.

Once you have requested we source a vehicle for you, we will invoice you for our fee.
If we are unable to source potential vehicles for you which meet your criteria, then our fee will be refunded.
If we do find you a vehicle, but before signing an order form with the supplying dealer decide that you don't wish to go ahead, then our fee is non-refundable.
Once an order is agreed with the supplying dealer, then that dealers cancellation terms will apply, so please check this with them before agreeing your order.  UKL4x4 is not involved in the actual sales process, so the contract for the sale will be between you and the supplying dealer/seller.

If you've bought a new vehicle, then your relationship is with the supplying dealer as normal, and any warranty issues or complaints should be taken up with them.
If we've sourced you a used vehicle, then we recommend a full professional inspection of the vehicle before going ahead with your purchase, as some used vehicles will be supplied without any warranty, especially if these are sourced from private sellers.
